Driven by passion for investments and helping others achieve financial success, Dan joined the team at Sapphire Blue Investment Partners in 2004, and in 2026 the team transitioned to Steward Partners and rebranded to Sapphire Blue Advisors. He believes that an independent financial advisor can do the best job of putting the client’s best interest first. In addition to his role as a financial advisor, Dan is Managing Director and serves as a senior portfolio strategist and annuity specialist for the firm.

Dan received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan in 1991. He joined General Motors and worked in Powertrain engineering for 13 years. After receiving his master’s in business administration from the University of Michigan – Flint in 1999, Dan began to pursue his current career as a dedicated financial advisor and became registered in 2000. He holds his Series 7, 6, 63, and 66 securities registrations along with his Life Insurance and Variable Annuity Licenses.

Dan enjoys spending time in Northern Michigan with his wife and son! They are passionate about getting outdoors and experiencing new adventures.

Dan realizes the benefits of giving back to the community and is involved with several non-profit organizations. He is the Charter President of the Grand Blanc Optimist Club which dedicates itself to the development of our youth with hope and a positive vision.

Prior to transitioning to Sapphire Blue Advisors in 2026, Tracy served as Chief Operations Officer of Sapphire Blue Investment Partners beginning in 2012 where she oversaw the design, implementation, and reporting of the firm’s day-to-day back-office operations. She led the development and execution of systems, processes, and workflows supporting financial management and human resource policies and procedures.

Tracy holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Central Michigan University.  Prior to her role within Sapphire Blue Advisors, she spent 30 years working in the automotive industry holding numerous leadership roles within the Human Relations field.

Success was once measured by location, location, location. Today we believe it’s communication, communication, communication. We don’t expect you to become an expert in the investment management world, but we do believe that you should be kept informed.

Lindsay graduated from Western Michigan University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She has held numerous positions within the finance industry supporting the marketing and development of proposals, presentations and management of client communications. Lindsay shares the responsibility of providing clients with problem solving and service solutions.

Lindsay is a three-time world champion equitation rider showing American Saddlebred Horses since the age of 4. In addition to riding horses, her and her husband Craig enjoy watching Michigan sports, are avid golfers and enjoy spending time with their three children: Kyleigh, Emma and Brayden.

In 2012 Angie joined the team at Sapphire Blue Investment Partners as a student intern. After graduating from Lake Fenton High School in 2013, she took on the role of Communications Manager where she mastered our client database and handled the administrative tasks for the office.

A few years later, Angie became our Director of Client Services. In 2026, when the team transitioned to Steward Partners and rebranded to Sapphire Blue Advisors, she became a Sr. Client Administrative Manager (Sr. CAM). In the role of Sr. CAM, Angie shares the responsibility of handling services relating to client service and experience. She works diligently to resolve problems and has built trust and lasting relationships with our family of clients.

In 2020, Angie graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Alex and their three children: Adalyn, Alayna, and Baby Alex.
